I contacted Support, but they simply told me to ask other players on the forum, so I’m hoping someone can help. I’m new, and have never played TOS before. I accidentally discarded a collection box from Rukas Plateau instead of turning it in. I was at the correct NPC, and the boxes for the other areas are in my collection properly. I went back to get the box again, but it is no longer on the map for me. I’m just sort of heartsick. Can you please tell me what I need to do to retrieve it again? Thanks in advance for your help!

Don’t worry, everything is ok…
The Collections chest on the maps appear for all characters you make even if you have them already even when collections are team base…
so any collection you have missed/discard can be acquired and registered by another character you make in the future 
Some quest will reward you item to insert to collection box, but if you discarded/dismantled these items, you can get another item by using another character to repeat the quest.
Relax the collection box reappear for new character. Just make one, get it from the map, and store it to the NPC.
