I wanted to explain them, root base problems like atk speed unusable or skill or attributes that do not work or skills that give acurracy but they do not work. .
like all, I have many char lvl 350+. but for now here I stop, they make it useless to think about what skills I will increase if they do not work, and if they serve the same as if you did not raise it. some skills only serve at level 1 increase it more serious to waste skill points. but remember they do not listen to us, so I only express my pain for the game, just to show you that you are not the only one.
