Hi, i have been reading a lot about both classes, and more yet about builds.
Currently i am in hop c2 14 class level, almost 15, my original plan was hopc3, doppel, then dragoon, but latelly i have seen some pretty funny videos of cata plays. Do you think i can go cata c2 then dragoon, or is it better stick to my original plan and reroll annother char?

if you going cata you must go cata 3, if not you should continue with hop3 and dop, rush and EW 15 are skills OP
