Hoods should go Under Hair

This is silly and minor, but it bothers me that the hood ruins my hairstyle. It would be nice if things functioned better with the hair, instead of cutting through it like that.

Agreed. I cannot stand to use my otherwise cool looking cryo outfit because it looks so terrible with my hair because of this exact graphical bug.
