hong kong is a special administrative region and counts as a part of china…even tho u have your own passports and currency … i’d guess u r also IP blocked from the icbt2… not 100% sure on that tho, u might want to msg a staff member or send them an email

Then you can play la. I’m pretty sure if the Chinese publisher doesn’t cover Hong Kong area as well you are good to go.
since hong kong is a special administrative region no one of the normal forum users can give u a 100% clear answer on your topic, yes u can join icbt2, evryone was able too, even the guys from the exluded regions… they just will be filtered out and will not receive any keys at all… so there is 2/3 options u have, sit tight and wait untill the 24th oct. if u dont have a key by then u wont get one, which means u r exluded/banned from icbt2… if u want to know it NOW, msg a staff member or write them an email and hope that ull get an answer…

Ikr it’s not like HongKong is explicitly excluded from the CBT. I reside in Indonesia so ofc I can’t participate in that… not without “a little help” but that’s another story.

no one knows if hong kong is exluded or not but staff/admins/devs… i’d guess it will be exluded since it counts as “special administrative region part of china” but as said before thats only me as a normal forum user and not a 100% correct answer… one last time … if u want to be clear about this question, message staff members or send IMC an email
It’s all in the publisher. If ChangYou also covers Taiwan and HongKong then say zaijian to iCBT2.
