Actually, it’s not an opinion if you know what it is about. It’s saying they agree with stuff that was once said by one of them like: “Excretory organs do not reproduce” as a way to say that LGBT in general is filthy, though wrong since the vagina and penis are part of it as well because of peeing. Anyways, that opinion gets categorized as hate speech.
Since you wanna seem clever using fallacy as a way to mask it as an opinion. Hate speech, anywhere you look is when you attack verbally anyway it is another group of people. Which is actually pretty common in Silute. Almost DAILY we have homophobia fights over the overall chat.
So, in this case, sorry, you can’t say it’s an opinion if you say things to attack someone else and mask it as “opinion”.

Please quote where I said his opinion is not offensive. I was just sayin’ it can indeed be defined as opinion, regardless it’s offensive or not. To be quite honest I don’t give a F to both the LGBT community (or w/e you entitle yourselves) and those who oppose it.

Well “by what I say”, if you support Hitler you’ll have a positive opinion about him. Even if it’s considered morally wrong, it’s still an opinion. Hitler’s case could be banable, but not yours.
After the WWII many countries have forbidden any reference to the ■■■■ Germany, but I never heard about any law against supportive expression for the people you mentioned. Following your “logic”, supporting Che Guevara and other commies would be as bad as supporting Hitler and human rights violation.
