“Official declaration of homophobia”. Please, show us the legal sources stating this is indeed an “official” hate quote.

When he was at the deliberation about his plans, He was asked by Luciana Genro about what he thinks of LGBT marriage, and he said that, also he was proccessed for the injury and the STF ( our Federal Court of Justice) declarated homophobia.
IMC, this is not a hate speech.
The guy said exactly what he told: “excretory organ can’t make babys”
Its a fact, he was talking about the male genitals, without use bad words. Is that homophobia? Is that hate speech?
If I tell that this guy is a little @#$ who just want to #$%¨¨# others reporting with unbeliveble no sense: this is hate speech. Because there is bad words, but if I tell something without cite names and or use bad words, and the worst: something that is true, how can this be hate speech?
For where I know, this guy who reported should be punished.

If you take only the phase, it isn’t even true, as you should know, your penis is an excretory organ and it can make babys, also, this phase in brasil was said by Levy Fidelix, one of the defenders of the traditional family way and a homophobic person too, but, if you see the other two posts i’ve made, all the times are close, 'cause in shout a discussion about LGBT started, so, it’s an homophobic speech
Who said that in Brazil for the first time, and on what ocasion, is irrelevant.
So, if Hittler says that cake is good, everybody who says that is nazist? I dont think so.
I will not comment what you told on the first phrase. This is not a debate of biology, is about hate speech.

If you take a part of Mein Kampf, you obviously support Hittler’s ideology, as the same for Levy Fidelix, when you say what he said in a LGBT conversation, you support his ideology, it isn’t too difficult to understand.
I will just say that…someone is butthurt…hahahaha.
And in the human biological books saya the same of this so called homofobical speech

It cannot make babies but artificial insemination can which makes the statement fallacy and insulting. You can’t say that it is all they want to say because the word choice and the sentence construction is intended to offend human’s intellect to be open for other FACTS and OPINIONS which are different than YOUR conventional one.
