When did I mention it? Cooldown != Casting time. And it was still present during iCBT2. Did you actually play this class?

I actually mentioned time even before that, it was in time of Rank 5 cap.
It was bad with CD and casting time, thi is the reason why i played Cata back then, but he was bad too.

It was bad even with CD and 1 hit. It became a decent filler w/o CD. It became a good dungeon-clearing skill with 3 hits.
Tosbase is giving some time to un-delete I guess.
Well a skill with 0 CD and 1000 Base static attack +100% from Grynas Spear looks great to me. IMHO

i think i started to with Sw3>Cata3 on Rank 6 but there was time when Restrain doesnāt work with Rush. But i could be wrong, also some period of time it was SW>Hi>Barb build, but not long.
Yes, i recomended Hop3 when Rank 7 introduced.

Well if they didnt follow your build they should just calm their t!ts. Theyāre worried about your guide ruining ppls builds and quitting. Im worried about imc ruining this game. Poor tos.

With game having no end game content there is no Build that is valid.
So Relesing new Ranks IMC just shifts builds and what was top optimised build becomes trash. So yeah, there will be optimised build only when rank 10 realeases, till then reroll. So not my fault as a result, and as discribed before there are tons of problems of ToS, but why would you think of that when you can blame one person?

and using recent skill changes to show advantages of an old build is not very nice.
Ok then, a decent noCD filler. Not a dungeon clearer like in that video.
Inside the build link you can see videos in top section, you can compare damage to other skills, greatly noticible in Rank 6 video
Once again damage values can be seen, if you are too buisy to simply calculare DPS value.
