Hoglan Voucher not redeemable after Velheider Voucher

Bug Description : Option to redeem Hoglan Companion Voucher does not show up after a Velheider Companion Voucher is redeemed at the Companion shop. Hoglan Companion Voucher is seen in inventory after the incident.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Buy a Founders package during the early access period that includes the bonus Hoglan Companion Voucher
  2. Attain Schwarzer Reiter circle 1. Obtain Velheider Voucher, Training Revolver, and Schwarzer Reiter costume as quest rewards.
  3. Visit Companion Trader in Klaipeda city with both Velheider Voucher and Hoglan Voucher in inventory.
  4. Upon not seeing the option for Hoglan Voucher redemption, redeem the Velheider Voucher instead in an attempt to clear the option.

EDIT: The Companion Trader in Orsha also fails to present the Hoglan Voucher redemption option after the incident.

Do you have space in for another char in your Lodge? If not, then that might be the issue, each companion use 1 char slot.

Forgot to mention that yes, I already have an empty space in the lodge.

I forgot something too, try put out the other pet, pass it to the lodge or other char then try again using the voucher you can’t have 2 ground pets, but you can have a flying one and a ground one i think, but i am not sure if it is required to have falconer or hunter for that.

You can rule that possibility out, too–at the time that I had this incident happen, I already owned a Penguin. So at one point I owned 2 ground companions, the Penguin and the Velheider.

I also can’t redeem my Hoglan Companion Voucher. I have no other companions, and I have an open character slot, but the option to use the voucher isn’t shown when I talk to the vendor.

uhm. i never got any pet at all. and i still cannot use the voucher. no option appears to use the voucher. anyone knows how to fix this issue?

Looks like this is definitely an issue to take up with imc if other users are having the same problem. Can you create your own threads to raise the issue some more?

Got a reply back from imc. They want me to send a second ticket in, probably so that they can be sure it’s happening even in this release/build. Wish me luck.

quite useless, i sent my 3rd ticket. it also seem like they dont even read forums of the problems, it feels like they reply just to say they are replying. but i really doubt they are doing anything about it. this time they asked me for screen shots.

Probably it’s an auto reply by some bot, still happening after this week maintenance.
