Why does the in-game cosmetic hair cost more than an actual haircut in real life?
Love this.
Its retarded, not even enchantable.
And in order to get the colors i need to fawking work the way up myself.
Why?
because ur hair grows again, the char one doesnt lol
i want armpit cosmetics and costumes so i can enchant them for +1 Aoe ratio
Can’t compare ingame hair cuts with real life hair cuts at all.
Generally, prices in an MMORPG are designed around to maximize income (obviously). So you run market research to find out how many % would buy an item at price x. Then they multiply number of sales with price and whatever yields the largest result will be used as price.
If you why prices are too high for your taste, the answer is simply that there are enough people willing to pay this much.
I prefer 100x appearance itens with no stats or advantages to be high price than they throw itens to use of any kind.
You help the game, dont be pay to win, and give some personalitty for your character (specially if is one class that you see every map).
But I understand your concerns, and this legend have a point:
And why do you play computer game when you can play it completely free in real life, by using your imagination?
Why…
It’s about the same, actually. But you spend more in real life because tips.
o wait wrong lol… i mean…nvm…brain derped
**Depending on your country.
We don’t tip where I live. For any service.
I’m guessing Japan. Heard it’s rude to tip there.
Same here… we dont tip … asian cultures and western cultures differ…
Asians don’t really practice tipping…unlike the westerners…
Thats why i usually approach westerners during my part time job as a waiter a few years back =p
Edit:I still love seeing $$$$
It’s just not a thing, not necessarily because it’s rude it’s just weird. It’d be like if you bought groceries and were expected to pay the person at the counter and the bag boy for doing what they do. It’s their company’s job to pay them not you.
The root of the issue is wages, not really a rude thing. Countries that have tips usually are countries that don’t pay people very well for the jobs where tips are usually given.
