Hit a grindwall?

Hi, I haven’t played the beta so I’m not sure but I think I hit the grindwall.

I am level 128, havent done any Dungeons yet ( 1 hour queue with no success, same with missions ) but I did pretty much every quest up to Apsimesti Crossroads.
The only thing left near my level would be the Main Chamber questline but that’s 9 level above me and won’t get me far considering second level gets even higher.
Is this the moment the grind starts or am I missing something?

i have almost similar question too.
but i also have this question.
is this normal? if my character is above the quests i have?
like my all quests usually in map under 10-20 levels from me.
and i’m lvl 108. and always spammed all cards.

The problem is really the dungeon/mission issues - with those, it would be easy as hell to move on.
