Higlander buffs catar stroke v/s moulinet?

i have 2 higlander c3 one with cataplact c1 an it will be doppel3 and another just higlander and i want to do a corsair 2 shinobi
in bot case i know i need max cross cut, skyliner and vertical slash+ the debuffs for tis skill
but afther that i dont know what to do with the others remanents points
i see some patch from ktos where, again, a loot of skills of highlander will be buff special catar stroke and moulinet. but i dont know what will be better afther that patch

pd: and i dont know if shinobi can use some of these with their shadows

You don’t need to max cross cut, it saves you 9 points

dont max cross cut. you need max skyliner, vertical slash and skull swing.

depending on your build is where you would put the points. shinobi clones can copy moulinet, and new ktos patch will make moulinet deal double damage on enemy affected by crown. Shinobi clones cant copy Cartar Stroke

in my case, i will have to max cartar stroke because im a highlander3>rod3>murm. My cartar stoke lv7 is as strong as my shooting star w/ cassis crista attribute. Having quick cast attribute for cartar may enable me to maximize cartar stroke level for the same casting time as a lv7 cartar stroke
