Highlander Skill Crown bugged?

I noticed something when leveling up my highlanders skill crown.

This is lv 9 crown

This is lv 10 crown.

And this is lv 15 crown.

Notice the before and after from lv 9 crown to showiing what lv10 will do. What lv 10 crown actually does and what lv 15 crown does. It seems something is up with this skill.

Yep, duration seems messed up.

I just jumped the gun a bit. Posted in discord first and kinda got trolled just being a Swrd3 Hi3 Temp2 and posted here thinking it’d just be better. Someone was helpful and mentioned its probably just a preview bug. After locking in the points it seems to have worked now. This is now lv 10 crown from 9.
