Im not sure if this is a bug or intended debuff resistance but the highlander C2 skill crosscut debuff “bleed” disappears.

Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Learn Highlander C2 skill : Crosscut
( Crosscut - Charge towards an enemy and cut a cross on their body
, afflicting [Bleeding] ) - Use cross cut on certain mobs, bosses.
- Notice that monster will get a Crosscut bleeding debuff for 10 seconds
- Notice that after timer goes down to 9 seconds, the debuff disappears.
