Have anyone tried HighL and cata together? I am still confused on what to get aftet H3. Will this be good for mobility?
I mean, you can get Cata after HL3, you just won’t have access to a stronger class like Doppel or Dragoon since S>HL3>Cata3 takes all 7 ranks. So it seems like a pretty bad idea. HL2>Cata3>Dragoon is a pretty common build, though. or HL3>Pelt>Doppel2
There is a thread for cataphracts which class dismounts the character after using certain skills… best if u go check it there first.

Is it possible to take Cata1 for the filler before Dopple?
Just for the mounting purpose?
Not good in any build

It is possible, but many Cataphracts (me included) will tell you it should be C3 or nothing. Corsair seems not bad as a filler choice, since Keel Haul needs STR for bleed and HL will have STR.
