There are some skills from Highlander c2/c3 that does give bleed.
The problem is that there isn’t an icon from bleeding, neither hp is getting lower by bleeding skills, since skills says that does give, not that it is by chance, so it is an 100% bleed, that its not working, right?

that’s because mutants and plants can’t bleed.
I’ve seen quite a few bug reports that mention the bleed debuff from Cross Cut randomly disappearing one or two seconds after its been applied, so the OP may not necessarily be trying and failing to apply bleeds on monsters that are immune.

I use the skill on any race of monster and the icon or doesn’t show or just randomly disappears.
I can add that Fletcher’s bleeding (the first skill) sometimes does not apply, much like wugushi’s poison during CBT which could be randomly resisted.
And I’m talking about the same monster, sometimes it applies, sometimes not.
True. The bleed skill is quite buggy.
I can understand it not working on stuff like the vikaras in royal masoleum.
But it was even wearing off instantly against the ferrets in bellai forest. Hell, if ferrets don’t bleed, then what does?
