Bug Description : i was just playing normally. i went to up the attribute “Moulinet:Critical Chance” straight to level 5. However, when using it, i’ve only seen maximum of 1 crit attack per use. Level 5 should give it 60% crit chance. 1 out of 5 hits is not 60%. this is when ive tried it many times, not just once or twice.
Steps to reproduce the issue : just cast moulinet with the attribute turned on
