So it’s hard to get the double damage.
There’s an insane delay in the animation, same with Skull Swing and Cross Cut.
The skill got reverted back to the CBT days of being an awkward skill.
I’m thinking it was a mistake. If you look at the Korean version of Skyliner (ignore the CD) it attacks much, much faster and is a smoother use. How we have it seems broken, same with Skull Swing. It’s just super awkward to use.
I’m actually going to report it as a bug to the appropriate forums because I can understand the 0 cooldown to a degree, even though I think it cripples Highlander C3 entirely (there should be an attribute at C3 to make it 0 cooldown, this way avoiding it becoming a meme again) it’s still a solid skill.
But not as it is right now. It’s too slow.
