I tested it a few days ago by leveling my Cross Cut attribute level from 10 to 15 and the bleeding damage did not change, same mob, same gear and etc.
Skill level really increases the damage, I just don’t know how much exactly.
They might be referring to skill attribute. Bleed is determined by weapon, buffs,str and skill level.
Yeah attribute just increases the damage not the bleed.
Cool thanks guys! Finding it hard to get Cross Cut to 5 without hurting the whole build so maybe it’s still best as a 1 point skill unless the difference in bleed damage is massive.
