same here. I am from Malaysia Penang playing Varena server.
Usually the ping is about 30-70ms but now it suddenly fluctuating in the range of 200ms-600ms…

Me & other friends mainly from Malaysia and some from Singapore also experiencing high ping from yesterday until now. 300ms - 600ms ping range. Telsiai server

I’m on unifi and I can guarantee you this is not on IMC side, TM has horrible routing to Amazon servers which leads to bad ping. It depends on what is your current public IP as it routes differently depending on what IP you have.
You have 2 solutions.
Option 1:
Either restart your entire modem in hopes of getting a better IP for yourself which will result in better ping.
Option 2:
Use a third party program to help, there are many softwares that can help such as pingzapper, mudfish, WTFast which helps with ping. Personally I’m using pingzapper and it’s free for a 1 week trial. I get from 0.2-0.3 ping to 0.02 to 0.03 averagely.
This is coming from someone using Unifi 50mbps

I’m using TIME …don’t have that problem
Still having 30~50ms most of the time
So yeah …can assume TM fault for this alright
