Hidden Sanctuary Relevation bug (no quest item to continue)

Basically the story quest in Tenet Church F2 fails to give me the revelation to continue the quest and talk to the Paladin Master.

I will try again tomorrow.

I have tried relogging/character switch/and channel changing.
Also abandoned quest and restarted no fix.

Nothing will work I MEAN NOTHING.

The item simply does not appear after I talk to the goddess.
