Hi. I’m looking for information about some quests in Orsha:
1)Officer Lutas’ Favor (Lemprasa Pond, NPC Start - Officer Lutas)
2)Positives of Curiosity (Karolis Springs, NPC Start - Gatekeeper Owl)

I think Officer Lutas is around by the upper left side of Lemprasa Pond but as for Karolis, I can’t quite remember if I did that.

Those quests are disabled. Look at the level requirement and compare to the other hidden quests.
