Both are Level 5, 0% damage attribute, no dagger mastery.
Concentrate, Aggressor from cleave and Guardian on buffs.
Using arde dagger off-hand, venier main hand.
You could say my venier triggered on the first hit, so I did a second dust devil(not shown in the video) with all crits, it dealt about 350 less for the first hit on dust devil, still stronger than seism.
I think skill descriptions need to tell more, I noticed this when I was grinding and I seem to do better damage with dust devil, so i tested it when I was doing a solo boss run.
