Probably NA or SEA (Tels or Varena)

I think SEA is more crowded. Orsha have very low population as some players have been reporting, Klaipeda also is not that high in population, most dungeons are empty and missions most of the time have at max 2 people queuing and in the end, they are of different level ranges.

Fedimian seem to be low on population.

The number of players with the game client RUNNING (it counts by the time you open the launcher or the client simple start load, even if you leave at the server screen still count as playing).
