Hmmm what do you mean Rank 1? Is that a range of Level like for example, I’ll be a Cleric from Level 1 - 10 which consider Rank 1, is that it? Coz based on other MMORPG they do like change Jobs when you reach a certain level, so this how they do the change jobs?

Each Rank is comprised of 15 class levels. You start at Rank 1 as a Cleric, and upon reaching ClassLv. 15 you can choose between advancing to either of two other classes at Circle 1, or upgrading your current class to Circle 2. The maximum for each class is Circle 3, and you’re forced to choose a new class upon completing it. Keep in mind that all your previous classes’ skills remain on your character, so you can mix and match to your liking.

Well long time i don’t have read how its work, but i remember something like that :
You begin with cleric rank 1, you exp take skill poit who can be used where you want, after spend a certain amount of point you will have the possibility to do pass to the rank 2, priest for exemple. After that if i remember well you can stay priest as long as you want to have all priest skill, but if you choose to go to rank 3 you will only keep few skill from rank above (3? i am not sure) etc etc, so at the if you are rank 7 you will have few skill from all you rank before, but you can stay the rank you want and maximise this classes, i am not sure if i am clear and if i answer you question xD, tell me if its not clear, and maybe i say something wrong, like i said long time i’ve not check how that work.

So, all Ranks will be for 15 Levels? (ei: Rank 1 - Lvl 1 to 15 and then change to Rank 2 - Lvl 16 to 30 and lastly to change to Rank 3 - Lvl 31 - 45)

First of all, there’s a separate base level and class level, like in Ragnarok. We’re talking about class level here, which caps at level 15 and resets to 1 when advancing to a new class (or upgrading). Normally from what you could tell from the beta footage, class level tends to progress more slowly than base level, so for example you could have a Rank 6 character at level 300.
Also I might be confusing “Rank” with “Circle”, so someone maybe could clarify about that.
I think Rank is the overall number of job advancements, while Circle is the upgrade level of each class.
I bet this video will help you a bit on deciding which class you want…

I’ll be starting as a swordsman and I’m aiming for fencer. Its one of the classes that I rarely see in games these days so I’m pretty hyped for it.

No idea yet. After playing lots of Dark Souls and Bloodborne, I’m pretty biased towards melee classes now. I used to be all about ranged ones, but tbh they got old really fast for me. I want to beat people up with CQC. 
My first character will most likely be Wizard > Pyromancer > Psychokino 3 > Alchemist 3.
If there is no Assassin like class I will probably make a cryomancer/chronomancer hybrid.
As it seems that some people here like @ProfXSavior are not too familiar with the classes / the class system I’m going to post some of our links that should help.
Class List A list with all available classes. If you click on them you get additional information like their skills.
Class Builder This is a tool that allows you to play around with the class system so you will be able to see how you can combine classes with eachother.
Skill Simulator This tools allows you to selected classes and skills so you cann create full skill builds and share them. (There are still some minor bugs in it and I’m working on an improved version but it should be absolutely fine to get started)
