The official announcement page states that combining two Level 1 Hethran Badges will produce a Level 2 badge. Unfortunately, Level 1 badges only contribute 300 EXP, and Hethran Badges require 1000 EXP to reach Level 2.

Yes, I can confirm that. Five badges to get one lvl2 are way too many, I believe they just messed up, as always. This needs a fix.
