and that meme is from when? 10 years ago? Inflation would have doubled that figure in 10 years at least.
I’ve payed way more games more than $20. Still cheaper than most other entertainment.

I’m always checking for indie games or anything that I may have “missed” on all those years. “Dungeonmans” is a great example for this. Got me hooked for a couple weeks trying to figure out builds and other wishy-washy ways to beat the game.
And it was a “less than 20 bucks rule” game.
