Dam, I keep hearing about this Commander Load Fail but never seen it myself. What have I done to deserve such a blessing 
Ahaha, it explains everything tbh.
My guess is that it was only an issue on Klaipeda server. It was only a minor issue on Orsha server which seems to have since been fixed.
