1st 40f sol speed bug : This is an old bug which give you moving speed of sound. Ppl in my sever use this to find world boss for 1st hit, hunting field boss, kill ppl in gtw, boruta. Its been in game for more than 1 years.
2nd: Douple hit while you in flame pillar
After you cast flame pillar, run inside it, use another skill and see the magic ( my friends say storm dust give same effect but i havent try it
)
3rd: Shadow pool prevent you from running after being hit while you already in its state.
4th: Steath from annihilation not break when get hit?
5th: 6s freeze from frost pilar? This is the most op cc i have seen after more than 15 years playing game haha its aoe, hurt a bit while you get hit by it and then hurt alot after next 5s and you better hope that your opponent dont use icewall addon haha.
6th: 8s stun from backstab. Why i put this behind frost pillar because its not aoe, can be resist. But i still think 8s is too much + 3 stack. I know its assassin its must op but 8s + alot disable + invincible skill. Really?
7th: Flute stun ( sleep?) Its the main cc for 1 hit combo of cannon, musket users.10s + aoe.

Well this is all the bug and unbalanced stuff i know which cause me rage af when in feud. I wont talk about stuff like ui bug which cause your hp mp bar unchanged. Tell me what you guys think about those up there ty 
Soo… Let me add some extra details.
Just correcting your 8th, the bug is on Bear, Durandal+Bear Gem+Passives just make it go up to 100% reduction.
9th elementalist curse lasting 20s. (they already nerfed on ktest so meh).
10th Shadowmancer taking your shadow and passing 100% the damage.
11th Joint penalty passing 100% the damage multiplying it for the amount of ppl linked.
12th ying yang having so many hits that is works as a snare and if you jump you get stuck on mid air until it ends.
13th Genbu Armor making a lot of mages almost imortal.
14th clerics getting tanky while healling enormous amounts of health.
15th templar battle orders preventing any ally healling skill or item consumption. (This one seems to be vanquished after 9/4 patch without prior announcement.
16th Nak Muay bleeding lasting 3s.(at least it procs the bleeding now)
17th Blood overdrive gives fully immortality for 5s with 2 overhits. On top of that you can combo with assassin for extra immmortality.
18th Lancers getting one hit on ppl way too easy and getting tons of magic def from hardshield plus the 8th problem.
19th Doppel bleeding ignoring armor and scalling with the life lost of the target.
20th position desinc that makes hard to find your target for skills that need to aim.
21th lag spikes way too frequents.
22th Emperor’s Bane is dealing like 1/4 the damage it says it does.
i hope that helped a bit more to clarify what is bugged or unbalanced.
I just want to say thats the thing thats makes Scouts viable in PvP, what you do when you get Doppel bleed/Electric shock/Smash bullet/another scout over you/swordman over you/ying yang? just wait to die like archers? you can use thats skills to saves you or buy some time, like the other classes have heal/resu/revive or a Inmortal Shield or alot of HP+def etc (I love Archers but right now just don’t go to TBL pls)
If IMC removes the invul Frames from Bloody and Anihi better just delete them, not a chance to use a skill that makes you stay in place for 5 seconds without die instantly, I know is annoying but not more annoying than revive or genbu armor/cryo shield, etc.
Why nobody cryes for Revive/resu? thats a really unbalance in TBL, and chronos with Reincarnate is even worst because the icon of the skill don’t appears in the head of the player and is a full heal Resu, I’m just wait for Sheriff to delete all thats OP buff (I looking at you too lancer with Initiate).
Well i wont say anything about lag, spike. Its imc problems. Here i mostly want to say about bug, unbalanced thing that you nearly cant do anything about it. I can see most of your things up there can be ez counter by others skill @trombini.vinicius
That’s not true. You need really high investments to even reach a level close to the the semi-invested Pelta-Swordsman regarding tankyness, and even then you cannot rely on it because of cc everywhere.
Meanwhile, the regular Heal is just garbage.
You need high amounts of SPR and a high investment into the Heal/Mass Heal/Guardian Saint:Enhance attribute to be able to heal enormous amounts of HP.
With Episode 11, Heal is nerfed even further, continuous Healing drains your SP so fast you can’t recover enough SP to keep up with it.
Good luck trying to get 40+ SPR,CON and stat x on every gear you have (preferable would be block,too, so you can be as tanky as you stated Cleric to be).
The only Class that is broken of the Cleric tree is Plague Doctor because of how Healing Factor and Beak Mask work.
You forgot to also add Outlaw, since 3 Outlaw attack skills prevent you from taking damage via attacks during the skill animation.
There is simply too much invulnerability on the Scout tree. I don’t even see the point fighting if the enemy is permanently invulnerable while attacking you at the same time, it’s hilarious.
It sometimes even bugs and the character is evading all damage for x seconds afterwards,gg.
Back when I played Ragnarok Online, the Thief tree was specialized in evading attacks by passive means mostly (i.e. by stacking flee rate), not by adding iframes and full evasion onto skills.
Scout should do that,too, with Free Step and Bully, not with iframes and status ailment immunity added onto damage skills to pamper the player into unhealthy playing habits.
Are you for real? Scout has tons of base evasion, cloaking to attack from the void, a lot of status ailment cc, and you still think it’s ok that after he opened the battle with a 50% damage to your HP that he gets to be immortal for x seconds while continuously damaging you?
How about using Dash? How about stacking evasion or use cc?
I think you live behind the moon if you think it is fair that you get hit for big damage, perma cced afterwards and when you finally can attack the Scout buys time for Smash Bullet/Bleed to kill you while he spams iframes/100% evasion skills?
Not to forget you lose all your attack skills to go into CD if you attack at the wrong time,too.
Lol, IMC didn’t just do that for Scout. Inquisitors Ripper also locks you in one place for up to 5 seconds without any protection ( you are only immune to knockdown/knockback).
What about Out of Body or Kagura? Rubric and Possession also lock you in place, same with 2-2,5 seconds channeling of Katadikazo.
And Cleric is off far worse than Scout because he can’t CC as well as Scout to land these skills/effects. He’s a sitting duck basically whenever a skill is used, even Heal cannot be used on the run, and the targeting system makes me waste 1,5-2 seconds on that crap where I cannot even move.
The thing IMC should do is make all Scout skills with iframes/100% evasion channeling/button mashing skills instead[working the same way as Hoplites Stabbing and IUnquisitors Ripper where the duration of the skill is equal to the time you hold the button], so you can always opt to stop attacking.
That way everyone is happy and Scout is no longer broken.
Because you need to die to trigger the effect. If you die before the enemy this means the enemy already has the upper hand.
All Revive and Resurrection do is allow for a second chance.
Meanwhile, against iframes and cc spam you don’t even have a 1st chance, especially in team battles where you can get attacked by multiple people simultaneously while you try to deal with that pesky invulnerable Scout that ccs and damages you all day long without a sweat.
I know piper cc are long cd that why i put it at the bottom is the list. But still dont you think its quite op? I tried use card to resist it but its really hard lol feel like the chance to resist not 30% but 3% haha.
There also the “safety” buff bug that not only happen in boruta but also GTW, but since imc working on it i think they will figure it out soon

I can see your point on focusing only on skills on this thread so i will respect that.
@merrieta01 the skills i pointed right now are converging most of the class trees into meta builds because they are extremely more efficient on pvp.
so, i just pinpointed the skills with no suggestion of how to change them to make things more even on pvp making possible a more variable and still competitive pvp scenario.
My opinion never will be “nerf to death util every one becomes a hackapell!”
That being said here i start:
13th making Genbu Armor be active only while using a Staff would already make the skill less impactfull but this could draw ppl away from omnioji because almost everyone already invested their soul on rod+shield. Maybe making it less efficient (like 15% up to 30%) can already make some significant impact.
10th Before Rebuild the damage passed was nerfed as much i remember, so i see no harm on reducing the 100% to 50% on people. You still can walk over your shadow to cancel it (if you aren’t cced for eternity).
11th its really brutal because if you have 1 low geared people can condemn all the people linked. So making a reduction on pvp to pass like 20% the damage still seems quite fair to me, i can be wrong.
12th removing the stagger would already make the skill less painfull. i know you can simply skill your way out, but inside the description there is no “makes the target unable to walk normally”.
14th they are already nerffing to death the general healing on ktest soo, i pass to talk about this one.
17th getting 15s immortality for every 30s to 35s is a lot, its literally 15 immortal and 25s mortal on optimal situations. a lot of dps builds on every class are usually dying on around 5 to 10 seconds. so if you take that on account. Builds with BM+Assassin takes on average 15+5=20s and thats already double the time when you consider 10s. Plus they can manage to survive situations like 10x1 up to all their skills because they can simply spam between the invulnerability. My suggestions for Bloody overdrive are :
- Reducing to 1 overhit.
- Changing to damage reduction on pvp(can be like 80% or 90% and can’t be interrupted).
And about Annihilation, i dont see a great need to change, on extreme changing to the same state as shadowpool.
On general they already said that crowd controls that takes more than 5s will have their duration reduced so i will not suggest anymore changes to them.
Tho Lancers aren’t popular, they have a more than complete kit, and combining with hard shield defense boost(+Bear for physical). Right now they are monsters. I didn’t really tested but i m almost sure Quintain is dealling way more damage than it was meant to do, 3 times.
This reply is already too long so i will not talk on classes or skills that need buffs for being to weak or way too easily to kill.
Quintain is working as intended and i can tell you outright an undergeared lancer can yes kill people but quintain will only 100-0 another undergeared player(i run a +16 t10 pike and it takes minimum 2 quintains to kill a geared squishy) also without hardshield even in t10 velco plate lancer will get deleted ps i dont use bear as its bugged (long and short quintain isnt that bad and with just pure pelt and no bear bug lancer is actually fairly balanced @trombini.vinicius side note quintain is a fake multi hit that doesnt divide the damage between 3 hits it mirrors them against other geared players most can survive 3x quintain
Thing is , most are not using it as defense but to snipe feud npc , 3 scouts on the npc rip your team points
I know and I hate that too, the NPC need a rework, the ballistas should detect hide or something like that, but is IMC fault for not thinking in all scenarios -_-

I don’t know what game you play, scout have invul YES, is OP? NOT, because you can just walk off the range and wait to end to attack is not like they go full invul and chase you for the entire match. The dodge is a laugh, only the Outlaws with the bug can be inmortal like you put, I have 1300 evasion (5k with eva skill from rogue) and is very rare to dodge someting, like 20% of the time, not too much for a class that die in one CC.
LOl you forgot the poor clerics have heal (Healing factor, mass heal for pvp), revive, PD mask to avoid all CC, scout what have? evasion XD, the only “advantage” for scouts is Cloaking but you have to wait until the mask and revive is out because you can’t do nothing before that, just waste all your CDs against revive or chase the cleric trying to hit him and is not an easy task with modafinil.
My problem with Revive is not the effect itself but because is for the entire party, If revive was only for the caster and Resu was for the party I’m OK, but revive is OP and makes a great advantage vs a Team without revive.
Scout is broken only over archers:
Cryo+Omni+Kino or chrono>Lancer+Pelta>PD+Priest>Reti+Rode+Murm> Assa+BM>Archers (PP+something), I’m only talking about the viable classes in PvP, not the entire tree of all classes.
And only about TBL, because Boruta/Gem Feud/GvG are a mess.
