i try to make a tank using a spear/shield . if you have any tips on how to improve I accept.

I think there are skills should be considered:
Guardian sucks: Just put 1 point to get the evasion attribute
Get Rim Blow: High Guard has the attribute increase 250% damage for Umbo Blow and Rim Blow so I don’t think 10 points in Guardian worth.
