Help with skills - featherfoot

Hi, anyone knows if the skills - BloodBath and BloodSucking deal damage in players and others monsters besides insect/demon/beast?

Or the restriction is for damage too? Because i know that the effect of drain in this skills is apply only 3 races monsters

The first hit of bloodbath hits players but not the dot.
Bloodsucking works on players but you won’t regain hp.
