Hi guys, i want do a nice ICE/ELETRIC mage, i just dont like cryo + rune + kino, ok? So i guess some builds, but i need help and tips, thx. Keep in mind i want freeze and shock, with taoist buff is better.

In this build cryo is only for freeze.
Build 2
In this build cryo is part of dmg too.
Build 3
In this build runecaster is only for buff ice skills (less Hail and Frost Cloud).
Help me.
Out of the ones you mentioned, i like the first one. Get the wiz3>ele3 benefits, although im not sure how strong it is on rank 8. You also get the freeze>lightning bonus damage from cryo and enchanter. Hail can freeze too. You can also use this char to sell armor enchants.
IDK much about elemntalist, but if you want to be a freeze>lightning char you might want to max hail. Some points in meteor might also be good.
For cryo id do 5 ice pike, 5 ice bolt, 5 ice wall. Ice blast is bad.
I have a cryo3 and a pyro3 im working on. no experience in ele though.
The multhits of Hail dont break the frozen enemy? Ice pike freeze in AoE?
Freeze doesn’t break upon hit

Rune caster in that case really bad, Ice spell dmg is not good enough to consider RC choice.
