After reading and reading again… I would like to try this build in order to be a nice PVE-TANK, I think it is a nice combination… what do you think?
I need help with my skill points… I dont know where I should to put my Hoplite points and Draggon… any tank can help me with that?
Also should I be 1con: 1str?

Finestra and high guard together is pointless as they neutralize each other making all the skills in them moot.
If u really want to tank get pelt2 rode2 at least
If you really want to tank with that build PELT1 is ENOUGH just get 4:1 con:str
The absolute last thing you are going to want to do as Dragoon is take pelt more than 1 and any circle of rod…
Hop and corsair with a con focus for stats is your goal. Bonus is being able to reset stats if it does not work out for you… not saying it is not possible, but the benefits of Goon are lost when you go shield.
