No changes in formulas, the gem update just made CON and STR less desirable to get now for physical damage type classes.
Making full DEX new meta for stat since crit on gems didn’t change much.

With four 6* reds you can get 4k hp(more or less 40CON) on a 2 slot top and bottom armor.
Yes, but this is only good for multi hit classes and if you’re already geared up to a reasonable crit rate to make use of crit atk, to begin with.
