So, I’m 258, currently Plague Doctor (C2>P3>Chap1>Plague 2), and I’m starting to get close to ET lvl. So, what gear should I get right now? Currently all my equips are ■■■■, what piece should I rush? Any suggestions at all?
+11 (or higher) vienarazis mace (or windia rod if you want the 60 SPR for [blessing]).
Since you are going to use basic attacks. Use vienarazis mace, and skull smasher. 
I checked the equivalent blessing bonus from +60 Spr and really it’s not worth the damage loss from taking Windia over Vien unless you have a premade that focuses predominantly on multi-hit skills; since 60 Spr only equates to +140 blessing.
The damage gained from Vien from Int and the Min~Max damage along with the physical damage component unfortunately just blows Windia out of the water completely.
So as Windysama suggested, go Vien then Skull Smasher for the P3>Chap>PD2 build.
