What build are worth doing from here? What skills stats should I lvl up?

When asking for help, you should always include what stat path you want to take. Since you maxed Exorcise/ME and took PD2, I just assume its INT.
Looks quite good to me, got only small suggestions you most likely wont be able to incorporate without a skill reset cause you are already R4.
Cleric2 is fine with Safety Zone1 cause of the attribute. The points are better put into Deprotect Zone, that can be greatly used on bosses.
Blessing was buffed, but it still has the issue of falling off at R8. The 600k and higher mobs wont really care about small flat numbers. Maxed Revive and Mass Heal dont fall off. Taking Aspersion1 is also good. Though many people buy it from Pardoners, not everyone does. And someone who died will need it back anyway. Lvl1 is a small investment, but the bonus is worth it in these cases.
For PD, you could take Beak Mask1 to cover the downtime of Bloodletting in case you ever need full status protection, or better said CC protection.
Right now I’m lvl 95 - Cleric-Priest3 and I’ve maxed INT.
I would like a build or guide to follow to know which classes I should continue making, what skills lvl up and what stats continue lvling up.

What? Maxed INT?
Regardless what path, atleast 100 CON will keep you from getting oneshot. Well 100 CON is kinda the norm many people take. A full INT or full SPR will suffer from being too squishy.
Since you are Priest3 already on INT path, Chap is pretty much the only viable route to PD. Personally, if you want to be some INT based DD, better reroll and take Krivis3, Bokor3 or Diev3.
