Help with CC Cyro/Psycho/Chrom Build

I want to create a CC mage that can withhold also alone and be useful in parties.
I’m not sure what is the best amongst these regarding the class combinations and skill points :
wiz > cyro(2)>pyscho(3)

wiz>cyro>pyscho(2)>chrom>psycho

wiz>cyro>pyscho(2)>chrom(2)

are samples build i came up with >.<

Cryo C3 Frost Pillar and Snow Rolling are amazing CC. I wouldn’t skip that.
