Yep, 50 and 70 should be easily reachable, then invest in your main DPS skills to 100.
Just to put the answer on numbers:
To level up from 0 o 80, you need 22,288 att points. To level from 80 to 100, 4x the previous cost (81,174). Total is about 103,462.
It is better to level up 5 attributes to level 80 instead of 1 to level 100.
