What exactly are you looking for in an archer build? This will give me a better understanding of what you want, so I can help you better.
I was trying to do a balanced build, being able to face groups of monsters or lonely monster with no problems, but I don’t know a lot about the game mechanics so…

For the Fletcher class, you could either spread points across all those skills or specialize in any chosen 3.

Looks decent to me, although the best way to know is to try it out. The only issue I can see is you don’t really max any of your high damage abilities. You just make sure you have access to all your skills, which I think is what the devs were trying to avoid. If you play it and like it, go for it! You could also switch out scout for ranger 3 for even more AoE if you wanted to.
