Help to build Templar

Hi iam aiming a Templar, following this build:

Right now iam level 165(Cata2) and my stats are without gear:
Str - 107
Con - 130
Int - 4
Spr - 3
Dex - 30

I have right now 31 points to spend, can someone help me in how i continue to invest to be a good Templar?and in what i have to focus? Thanks in advance.
