Better off forgetting the STR when its going to be that low. Also you will want the massive attack power boost from barb3 if going dex.
i think i should not add any str but str give carry weight

Why on earth would you pick Highlander over Doppel after you already picked Pelt?
for highlander Two-handed Sword Mastery: Critical Attack
and Peltasta ,Guardian: Evasion
im a high dex build cause i going for shinobi Bunshin no Jutsu

Trust me you don’t want both Pelt and Highlander so just pick one. Pelt will make your life easier later on and like you said it fits nicely with high dex builds. Highlander makes it slightly easier to level up solo early on but offers almost nothing later. Also the critical attack attribute doesn’t boost your entire damage, it boost just your critical attack stat.
E.g. If you have 300 critical attack in your stat window, the attribute will give you an extra 150 (50%) for 450 total. You’re probably thinking it works like this; you did 1000 critical, it’ll boost it to 1500. Very wrong.
Compare that to Doppel:
Deeds of Valor: 50 to 100% physical attack boost and plus attack speed. That’s a big boost to every attack, every skill, not just when crits proc like Highlander.
Cyclone: one of the highest damage skills for swordsman, plus it is AOE.
Double Pay Earn: Makes you level twice as fast in missions. Helps you farm items.
Now do you see why it’s bad to bad to pick both and not Doppel?

The second path you posted was fine except for having Highlander instead of Doppel. You also left Seism, the Barb’s best skill, at 0 and you’ll regret having no Pain Barrier because missions bosses and some mobs are going to smack you left right and center meaning you’re spending more time running instead of actually doing DPS.
Here’s what I’d recommend for optimal PVE going that route.
If you want to do a little PVP then you can do Bash 3 for the knockdown attribute, Thrust 1, and Pain Barrier 1. Honestly though I think you’ll have a tough time in PVP without either Corsair or Sword3 so if you want more PVP then build differently.
You can also have Double Pay Earn at level 5 instead of upping Mordschlag but I think it’s better to have another damage skill in your rotation and level 1 DPE is just fine if you know how to use it properly.
shinobi clone don’t even work with 2hand weapon, dont know why u would want it.
From what I gathered auto attacks don’t copy but skills still do. Is this from your own experience? Not taking a swipe at you, I just don’t know enough.

No, it is from the shinobi thread. And he isnt taking any sword2 3 so he got just kunai bash thrust for clone. Just doesnt sound good.
