[HELP] Ole Skill doubt

My english is not 100% so i’m having a little trouble understanding the matador skill description

It says when an enemy has a maximum provocation value, HE is more likely to attack with a critical
Is that right? Why would a skill improve the critical rate of the enemy? I thought it was supposed to improve mine…
Plus, i’ve never heard of this “provocation value” and how do i know when it reaches the maximum? Does it show anywhere?

The ole buff description also says it increases the crit rate of the enemies, not mine

So why is it worth to invest in this skill since it won’t do anything for me besided provoking enemies i can simply AA?

I am SO confused

Threat affects who the mob ai’s target

If you have the most threat they (mostly) will target you.

What the skill means is that all mobs who are targetting you cause you have the most threat will get crit more by your attacks.

Bad skill description cause bad translation.
