I want to create a support character but im kinda of lost in d classes… I was trying if its possible not to get priest/chaplain, and i rly like oracle (dope outfit, sorry thats important haha) but i want something pve but also GvG oriented… soo… Maybe cleric2>diev3>oracle>PG would that b a good endgame build? Thoughts?
Cleric C2 is mandatory for every support so that’s good.
Dievdirby C3 is really nice and offers the best skill for end game content (Laima with 20% CD reduction), however it might struggle in places where you have to move around a lot since the statues are stationary and they can be moved around from aoes from bosses.
I don’t really know about Oracle that much but if you played Ragnarok Online it’s kinda like the Professor from it, you’ve a skill that increases your maximum SP (kinda like the skill that the Professor used to give his mana to allies, though this one is a buff instead) and stamina and a skill that nullifies all magic around you (like Land Protector), so it might become useful for GvG in the future to prevent dmg from magic classes maybe? just theory crafting though, also Prophecy prevents you from getting affected by rank 1 CC, those are the skills that I find the most useful, not sure about the rest.
PD is getting nerfed soon (basically it was really broken) so I’m not sure if it’s going to be any good at all, Healing Factor and Bloodletting are getting a CD increase and reduced duration too I believe, so it’s not going to be 100% uptime like it is right now, though if you still like it you could take it for the CC cleanse from it with Fumigate or the Mask for yourself.
Thanks thats was rly clarifying… I was going to put PG on my build just bcause it was a must but since its going to be nerfed, i dont c why… Professor was one of my favorite classes on Ragnarok right next to clown <3 so… Im even more decided to go with oracle right now haha… But about diev, u said that is not that good w/moving partys, so do u hv any other suggestion of what i could get in that ranks instead? Do you think priest 3 would be better?
Apparently it’s only going to be nerfed in PvP so it’s still really good, however I’m not sure if the nerf will apply to GvG too.
Even though Priest is really nice, Dievdirbys is the class that offers the most support in end game content, also I’ve heard that Priest buffs falls off late game so they’re not really that good.
Dievdirbys it’s basically like a Clown, since statue Laima reduces the CD of skills by 20% (kinda like Poem of Bragi) and statue Zemyna that reduces the SP cost of skills and the recovery time of SP (kinda like Service for You of Gypsy), also you’ve a statue that gives you inmunity.
I’d say a build like:
Cleric C2 > Dievdirby C3 > Oracle C2 could be useful, they synergize kinda well imo, since you could use Counter Spell which is the skill that kinda seems like Land Protector and on top of it cast your statues, give more sp to your allies with your Oracle buff and also reducing the SP cost of their skills with statue Zemyna so basically they’ll never need to use sp pots at all with both of those things, and you get status inmunity (to rank 1) with Oracle skill Prophecy.
The other variant would be:
Cleric C2 > Dievdirby C3 > Druid C2, though this one is more dps oriented, but you’ve a lot of invulnerability with it, Safety Zone from Cleric, statue Ausrine from Dievdirby and Sterea Trofh from Druid.
When the game goes free to play and I’ll (finally) be able to play I’ll most likely do any of those two, more going for the Oracle one because I love the costume

Priest doesnt fall off end game though… support wise, why would it ?
What falls off is the Auto attack damage from chaplain which indeed does, but I fail to see how the support from a priest falls off.
AOE heal is good, revive is good, only class that can resurrect party members and Stone skin is REALLY good too if u have a lot of SPR.
They can add three lines of attacks for each skill/autoattack done (each line would apply any elem dmg) from Blessing, sacrament, and last rites.
Diev DOES have great support, im not debating that here, but saying that the support falls off is not necessarily true

Well that’s what some people have been saying that’s why I thought if falls off, I might be wrong there then, it’s still really nice support, so it’s kinda about being Priest vs Dievdirby, in that case both are good, so you could just pick the one that you like the most
