So I just logged in TOS after 30+ days, didnt know there was a server merge, and my character’s name has an “_2” in it now, I cant seem to find the event of the character name change of 1 TP, is there a way to change it?
The 1TP event is over as far as I know and wow there were 2 other people with your exact same name 
so there is no way for asking the GMs to help me out?
never give up asking for help…
try all ways you can first and then if nothing works you can stare at that 2 meanly 
For character name, click your name at the top in character info.
Costs 9 TP to change it.

just like what jack said. though i do wonder how you missed all the important notifications and the discounted name change event if it’s only 30+ days.
so there isnt anyway for the 1TP to happen? well, i was too busy with college work and I pretty much had no time to really open up my acc
