Is C2>Diev3>Miko>PD2 good?

That’s one of the best builds (if not the best) right now, stats as usual INT:CON, or Full INT if u can affort gems and all to get HP from gear, otherwise get about maybe 100ish CON and rest into INT.
70ish con should be enough for new
