I’m currently Dragoon C1 lv 268 and i gonna become Dragoon C2 soon.
So, i decided to reset my Stat today but I have no idea about it. Most people told me to go with Full Dex or High Dex? but what is that mean? it means "put every point on Dex? how about STR and CON? Super confusing

Do you have Hoplite? How many circles? What are your future gear plans? What about gems?
If Hoplite C3, then you don’t need to go full dex.
If Hoplite C1, then you still don’t need to go full dex.
There isn’t enough information, but you’ll still want to go high dex though.
High dex is something like more than 50% but less than 100% of your stats into dex.
Str isn’t important atm, and we still need to see how they will revamp it to even consider it being good.
You’ll still want Con.
I have Hopl C1 only. So, you mean not to put STR at all and go for more Con?
You can still have STR, it is just third priority. DEX>CON>STR.
At this point, STR is only for block penetration.
Likewise, STR is far more useful in pvp due to block penetration.
I’m only PVE… 
Str is pretty useless because your r8 skills have great base damage so a few points in str won’t really matter. Full dex 0 con is the way to go.
You can opt for no STR then.
You’ll want at least 60% crit chance which is roughly 471 crit rate.
on a 100 crit resist monster it’ll be around 571 crit rate.
I highly recommend staying statless until IMC clarifies how they are changing stats (that + IMC could screw us all over again by introducing high block monsters in the future).
In the future STR>DEX ?
Now, DEX 100-200 enough for Cri 50-70% real?
All point up STR for future or little CON or none CON

Unless IMC decides to make stat growth on STR stupidly high, the future of this game is DEX>CON>STR.
There is no point in waiting for future changes. Here’s why: a change came and now the other stat you were thinking is better, but in the future the stat you have now might be better.
If you don’t see the problem, it’s that waiting for future changes will only make you wait more and more because even more future changes will happen.
You also cannot compare swordies to archers. Archers have swift step as well as innate crit rate. They are able to split their stats evenly and be just fine.
Swordies, on the other hand, do not have those luxuries. It is much harder for them to stat correctly.
Hoplite helps allevate the problem due to finestra. Doppels have DoV which favors STR, and Fencers have Epee Stance that favors crit hits.
So, yes, while STR may be good on Doppels, that does not mean Dragoons are good with STR.
And R7 cap =/= R8 cap.
I only mentioned waiting because IMC gave information out that they are changing stats.
btw Thank you for introducing me a DEX. Now I can see the different. So much much better than i thought ^^
Pretty much, however even with DoV most Doppels are favoring DEX because of how high Red Gems are now and how transcending goes. Having the ability to crit every hit and negate 80% of physical damage is no competition against block penetration and slightly bigger numbers.
Of course. DEX is far safer to use. Only DoV damage boost favors STR the rest of doppels kit not so much. Close range, literally no defense from DoV, many multipliers, etc.
by the way, i got another big problem for my Dragoon lv 270. i’m a solo player and i love it so much. but now, all the magic monster hit me super hard start at the map lv 242 . What should i do? it still fine using Phada and Sissel in the dun mission. but in the normal map (start @ the map lv 242) How can i fight with them? I’m thinking to replace my Phada and Sissel to something else but it’s going to be reduce my dmg a lot. my question is what is a good rings for fighting with magic monster ( Elements Dance, Rhevisan Bracelet, Glass Bracelet, or something else) What is good for me? btw I decide to put lv7 blue Gem (+70 Mdef) on my Lolopanther Plate Greaves but i think it’s not enough. any idea or any suggestion for me. sorry, but this is my first high LV character and I can feel very different from lower monster.

Dont wait for the stat buff IMC plans to.
Just hope for a stat reset event at the time of this change.
