Hello all ! the game comes in few days and im making the build for the future character, im going to play with 1 healer support and i want be tank…but no pure tank just a tank with some good dps too, any suggestion please?
Im thinking in Sword 1 > Pelt 1 > Hop 1 > Hop 2 > Hop 3 > Pelt 2 > Drag 1
but all suggestion of change are welcome.

Instead of pelt 2 go into cat 1, you get +20% hp while mounted if memory serves, +25% from swashbuckler and movement speed/ 2h spear attack range will definitely make it easier to move around.
The rest looks fine. With guardian on you get +18% evasion bonus and while stabbing another +25%. Your block is also high due to pelt 1 passive attribute of +25% block and +30% from finestra, you do have to hold C with a shield out though. So even a shitty spear with a good shield on the weapon swap slot might be a good idea, but I doubt you will be forced to block that much.
Id say you can afford to go high str, medium con and get nice damage while tanking very well, with eventual dragooon making your 2h spear damage go even higher.
Whether cata has synergy here though you should check for skills usable while mounted.
