Help me please can't get inside the game!

i played this morning and everything seemed to be fine , but now when i pressed the play button in steam the launcher , there is nothing happening ! :anguished:

Me too, i could move to my character selected but cannot move into game. It’s move out to server selected screen. Server: Varena

@kiss_girl_everyday send a ticket . my character got stuck too in some maps and they helped me moved my character to town and they responded faster than I expected.

when sending a ticket include the starting city of your character and which map you got stuck.

I know this bug is annoying but at least we got temporary fix.

@anibal199474 have you tried verifying the files?

I can’t log in to the game anymore I can only go as far in character select then when I try to play an error will pop up it goes all to my characters.

This happened when I was playing and the game just suddenly crash

My friend has the same issue.

I can only suggest you to:

  • restart router
  • check cache files
  • delete patch folder and redownload it
  • disable all addons
  • disable antivirus, firewall, windows defender
  • ask a friend to download the game and copy his folder (worked with my friend issue)

I still cant play it since yesterday, and nothing seem to be announced form IMC.

i removed the game and i’m trying to redownload it for the moment , but the problem was that when i get 100% ‘’ in the launcher window saying arranging files ‘’ nothing happens i mean the game window doesn’t even pop up … anyways thanks for trying to help me , now lets wait for the download to finish and then i give you my feedback .

this is not the issue … but i think that removing the ‘’ user ‘’ file will solve the problem , good luck !

Something on your computer is unstable and or shorting out not connected well or something I get that message when my PS3 controller disconnects or when my controller wire is shorted.

Lol i have the same problem as well. The client popped up then disappeared. I have sent the ticket. They told me to open the game via steam and make sure the connection is stable. Well, maybe it’s the latter, i will check again tomorrow.
And oh, redownloading doesn’t work to me… One weird thing, whenever i try to start the game, there is one error found after verifying

I sent them 2 tickets, and after all they told me to verify integrity. I have mentioned that I had verified intergrity 3 times (and more) in the 2nd ticket but it seems that they didn’t even read it. Best staff ever.
