HELP ME IMC STAFF! Rank reset issue

So heres the tea... Ive been waiting for this event because I really wanted to reset the ranks of 3 of my characters and when the rank reset exchange for blessed gems was announced I was really happy!

The problem is that, in the announcement, theres not a single note saying the rank reset would be untradeable via Team Storage. heres the link to the announcement: https://treeofsavior.com/page/news/view.php?n=1375

Here is what is written:

PERK 2. Blessed Gem Shop (Team Level 10 and above)

Find the Blessed Gem Shop Helper NPC in the city of Klaipeda near the Event Notice Board, or in Orsha near the Companion Trader. There, exchange your Goddess’ Blessed Gems for other useful items during the event period!

※ Note that, with the content update of May 29, you can now obtain Goddess’ Blessed Gems from the Gemstone Feud, as well as from Elite monsters in fields and Hunting Grounds. Not only that, their drop rate has increased by 3 times in all Hunting Grounds!

Attribute Points: 1,000
- 1 Gem, no limit
Diamond Anvil (14 Days)
- 5 Gems, max. 3 per team
Rank Reset Voucher (60 Days)
- 10 Gems, max. 3 per team
Stat Reset Potion (60 Days)
- 10 Gems, max. 3 per team"

I just want to have the rank reset for the right characters and not 3 rank resets in the same character that is, in fact, my only character that is not going to use a rank reset.

Can someone from the support team / GM team / IMC staff PLEASE help me?

Too bad, but it’s listed at the end of the notes:

Items with time limits are untradeable and cannot be transferred via Team Storage.

Well, I`m going to send a ticket and see if something can be done. I hope IMC team will be merciful and kind enough to allow me to have the rank reset vouchers assigned to the right characters.
