[Help ME] Going for a different kind of Dragoon

Hi guys! this is my first Topic, if anything is wrong about how it’s developed, please feel free to tell me.

So to get straight into the point…

I’m thinking of doing this build here : http://www.tosbase.com/tools/skill-simulator/build/rriay2f459/

Reasons:
Rodelero seems a AWESOME class IMO
One Hand Spear/Shield pretty much enters in EVERY aspect of the chosen ranks (even dragoon able to use 2hSpears, his skills can be used with 1h and shield)

But i’m not fully sure if it’ll work at all… I mean… i don’t want to build a super duper OP character, i just want it to work… so What do you think? What should i change?

OBS1: pretty please explain details of why you think ‘this’ and ‘that’ about the skills/ranks.

Addintional info

I’m soon joining a Linker and Plague Doctor friends, so some choices will be better regarding debuffs.

Swordsman c1
Trust 1 - Enough to spam hits at early levels
Bash 3 - Enough to take the knockback passive
Gung ho 5 - Not useful at all spent what’s left
Concentrate 5 - Early bonus to dmg, fall of late
Pain Barrier 1 - Good Knockback immunity (to bossing)

Peltasta c1
Bonuses with shield
Umbo Blow - Stun chance and soem damage
Rim Blow - I’m soloing early on so got to damage
Swashbuckling - Taunt is great and also increases %maxHP with passive

I don’t want to give up damage to get defense altought i’m taking levels in “defensive classes”. I’m taking them to do some justice to using shields :wink:

Hoplite c1
Stabbing - Flurry of hits
Pierce - Good at bossing, moderate damage
Finestra - A moderate bonus that falls of later on

Took it as a spear wielding to make me feel closer to dragoon is some way.

Rodelero c3
Montano - Moderate/Good Damage with 2 debuffs
Targe Smash - Great damage with bonus damage to targets afflicted with different status aillment. Also causes blind by a chance.
Shield Push - Just for [Unbalaced] status
Shield Bash - Honestly for the damage with overheat, ‘fakely’ justified by the scramble effect.
Shooting Stars - Another fflurry attack, having it with stabbing greatly comes handy while waiting for the “high” Cooldowns of taken skills.
High Kick - Only took it for the damage.

Dragoon - c1
Serpentine - Another flurry, and with a nice damage
GaeBulg - High damage and buff/debuff
Dragontooth - Damage especially, since dragon soar seems buggd and not that good to me.
